But now, it’s time for you to wear the chef’s hat and make something super healthy for yourself and your mom. When we think of healthy, sprouts salad is the fist thing that comes to our mind.
Now, sprouts salad is very easy to make, given that you get the sprouts part right. To make sprouts from lentils, soak the lentils in water overnight. The following morning, drain the water and leave the lentils for 12 hours. After that, fill the bowl with water again and drain it immediately. Repeat the same process for 3-4 days and you will get fully boomed sprouts.

|Lemon juice||1 tsp|
|Green chilli (chopped)||As per taste|

Take fully bloomed sprouts in a clean bowl. Here we have used moong sabut daal to make sprouts. To this, add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and chopped green chilli.
Following this, add lemon juice and honey, and mix all the ingredients. Top the salad with fresh coriander and mix again. You can do many variations to this salad. You can add onions, sweet corn and even cucumber. Not just this, you can even experiment with toppings.
For those who don’t know, there are many benefits of eating sprouts. Sprouts are full of protein, have amazing antioxidant properties and they kill bad cholesterol. That’s not it, they also have Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3.
