Find out the ingredients you will need to make the cheesecake

Digestive biscuits 1 pkt
Butter50 gms
Cream cheese 180 gms
Sour cream 200 gms
Sugar1 cup
Fresh cream 50 gms
Egg2 pcs
Cornflour 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence 4-5 drops
Lemon juice1 tsp

Read on the method

Start with making the base for the cheesecake. Take digestive biscuits and crush them either in a blender or by using your hands. Once crushed, add melted butter in the biscuits and mix well. Now, take a baking tray and line the base with a parchment paper.

Put the biscuit crumbs in the tray and set it with the help of a spoon. Now, take a piece of butter and rub it on the sides of the baking tray and stick parchment paper on it. Cover the exterior of the baking tray with a tin foil. Keep the tray aside.

Next up, take a clean bowl and put cream cheese and sugar in it. Start whisking till the two ingredients are combined. Now, add sour cream in the mix and after stirring for a while, add fresh cream. Keep tasting the mix in between to see if it is well balanced or not.

Once the ingredients are combined, add the eggs and whisk again. Now, add cornflour, vanilla essence and lemon juice in the mix. Your batter for the cheesecake is ready.

Know how to bake the cheesecake

Take the baking tray and pour the batter in it. Heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and put the baking tray on an oven tray and fill it with hot water. Let the cheesecake bake for 30 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, continue baking the cheesecake at 150 degree Celsius for 30 more minutes. After that, let the cheesecake be in the oven for one hour.

Now, take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool. Following this put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Post this, take out the cheesecake from the mould and put in the refrigerator again for 6-7 hours. After what will feel like an eternity, you will finally get to eat the yummy cheesecake.

If you wish, you can also take any seasonal fruit and make a puree to top the cheesecake.
