Let’s make some quick chocolate pudding – recipe

If you are looking for a dessert recipe that is quick and easy to make, you have come to the right place. This chocolate pudding recipe is all you need.

We were craving for something sweet and as always, we were in the mood for procrastination. So, in an attempt to find a common ground we thought of making chocolate pudding. Simple to prepare and can be easily made with all the ingredients already available in your kitchen.

We love it and the best part about this pudding is that the messier it looks, the more delicious it is. You can also call it the dessert of a procrastinator. So, without any further delay, let’s start with the recipe.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING RECIPE

Ingredients:

Chocolate powder2 tsp
Cornflour2 tsp

Coffee2 tsp
Vanilla essence1 tsp

Banana2 (thin sliced)

Method:

First, add two cups of milk to a pan and put it on low flame. Let the milk simmer. In a separate bowl, add two teaspoons of chocolate powder and a half cup of milk. Mix the two thoroughly. In another bowl, mix two teaspoons of cornflour with half a cup of milk. Once the milk starts to boil, add chocolate milk in the pan.

After two minutes, add cornflour and let the milk boil for another five minutes. Take it off the flame and let it come to room temperature. You can also keep the mix in the freezer for 15 minutes.

For the next part of the recipe, in a bowl, add two teaspoons of coffee powder, one teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix them nicely with water.

Now, we will plate the chocolate pudding. To make the first layer, dip the biscuits in the coffee mixture and cover the entire base of the bowl. Pour a generous amount of the chocolate mix on the first layer of biscuits.

For the next layer, we will start with thinly sliced bananas. You can go as crazy with the bananas as you want. Cover the bananas with another layer of coffee coated biscuits which will be followed by the chocolate mix. This entire step needs to be repeated once more.

Finally, keep the chocolate pudding in the refrigerator for two hours and voila, your simple dessert is ready.
