Ingredients for the fat-free salad:

Cucumber (cut into thin slices)1 pcs
Diced green capsicum1 pcs
Diced red capsicum1 pcs
Onion (cut into thin slices)1 pcs
Salt2 tsp
Black pepper2 tsp
Oregano1 tbsp
Fat-free mayonnaise3 tbsp
Sweet onion sauce1 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce1.5 tbsp
Mustard sauce2 tbsp

Method for preparing the salad:

In a clean bowl, add cucumber slices, diced green and red capsicum along with the onions. To this add salt, black pepper and oregano.

Finally, add all the toppings, mayonnaise, sweet onion, sweet chilli and mustard sauce, one-by-one and gently mix the entire thing, and voila! your meal is ready. This healthy salad tastes delicious when shared with family and can also be a great appetiser at dinner parties.
