Ingredients for the fat-free salad:

Diced green capsicum | 1 pcs |
Diced red capsicum | 1 pcs |
Onion (cut into thin slices) | 1 pcs |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Black pepper | 2 tsp |
Oregano | 1 tbsp |
Fat-free mayonnaise | 3 tbsp |
Sweet onion sauce | 1 tbsp |
Sweet chilli sauce | 1.5 tbsp |
Mustard sauce | 2 tbsp |
Method for preparing the salad:
In a clean bowl, add cucumber slices, diced green and red capsicum along with the onions. To this add salt, black pepper and oregano.
Finally, add all the toppings, mayonnaise, sweet onion, sweet chilli and mustard sauce, one-by-one and gently mix the entire thing, and voila! your meal is ready. This healthy salad tastes delicious when shared with family and can also be a great appetiser at dinner parties.
