Turmeric also has antioxidants that are really good for the body. The best part is that it also boosts immunity. So consuming haldi is a must at the moment. Either in the form of kadha or turmeric tea or just the plain old method of turmeric mixed in milk, it is important to consume this natural medicinal spice during this time.
So today we are going to share with you the recipes of three haldi drinks that you can make at home and become stronger.
It is one of the easiest drink to prepare. Just boil 3-4 cups of water. In boiling water, add 2 tsp of turmeric. Let to simmer for 10 minutes. Finally, strain the mixture in a cup. To this add honey, if you want to make it a little sweeter. You can also add a few drops of lemon and milk according to your taste.
Another very simple immunity-boosting drink that you can make is ginger and haldi herbal tea. Boil 3 cups of water. Once the water boils, add half tsp haldi along with half tsp ginger and half tsp grounded cinnamon. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain it in a cup. Add honey and lemon wedge in the final step.
Another tea that you can make has a little more ingredients. For the first step, boil 4 cups of water. In the water, add two tsp haldi, two tsp ginger, a little bit of finely chopped mint leaves, two pinches of black pepper powder and 3 orange slices. Let them simmer. Strain the tea and enjoy. Black pepper and haldi are a great combination for boosting immunity.
