Craving for some delicious gooey chocolate brownies? We have the perfect recipe for you and it does not include an oven.
Can you think of a better combination than warm freshly baked gooey chocolate brownie topped with cold vanilla ice cream? Nothing better than this, right? Of course, we were craving for some delicious brownies but it is not safe to go outside or order some to our home.
Finally, we went on a quest to make some delicious gooey fudge brownies for ourself and the result that came out of the microwave was just heavenly. We made some yummy brownies in the microwave and this is the best and simplest recipe that you will find.
So, without further ado, let’s start baking.
How to make brownies
|Dark chocolate||100 gms|
|White sugar||Half cup|
|Brown sugar||One/fourth cup|
|Vanilla essence||One tsp|
|All-purpose flour||Half cup|
|Chocolate powder||One/fourth cup|
On a double boiler, first, melt dark chocolate with one tablespoon of butter. This time, we used the 99 per cent dark chocolate by Amul. Once they both melt and mix properly, remove the bowl from the heat and let it come to room temperature.
Till that is happening, in another bowl, mix white and brown sugar. In this mixture, add the eggs one-by-one and mix thoroughly after each egg is added. Once that is done, add salt and vanilla essence. Mix nicely.
For the next step, add the melted chocolate to the bowl and mix everything together. To this add the all-purpose flour and chocolate powder through a sift. Fold all the ingredients nicely. Do not use a whisker for this process. Mix the batter for two more minutes.
Grease a glass square container with butter and pour the batter in it. Give it two taps to let everything settle and finally, put the batter in the microwave for four minutes.
Your gooey brownies are ready. You can eat them right away, but a better way to enjoy these is by letting the brownies cool for 10 minutes and then cut the pieces with a knife and enjoy with ice cream.
