We have previously shared the recipe for guilt-free baked chicken wings with you. But the recipe that we are going to share with you today is not the guilt-free version. However, it is extremely easy to cook and won’t require a lot of ingredients.
Without waiting any more, let us dive straight into the recipe. These are buttery and garlic which, according to us, is the best combination.
Chicken Wings recipe
|Chicken wings||500 gms|
|Black pepper||2 tbsp|
|Garam masala||1 tbsp|
As the first step, thoroughly clean the chicken. Add the butter in the pan and once the butter melts, add the chicken. To the chicken, add salt and black pepper and mix them nicely. Cover the chicken with a lid and let it cook.
After every 5 minutes, remove the cover and mix the chicken again.
Once the chicken is 70 per cent cooked, remove the cover and let it cook on slow flame. Take the garlic cloves and churn them in a blender. Add the garlic puree in the chicken. After that, squeeze an entire lemon in the chicken.
Cover it again and let it cook on low flame for 15 minutes. After that, mix the chicken nicely once again and add garam masala. After another 5 minutes, remove the chicken from flame and enjoy your meal with a nice cold pint of beer or maybe eat it just like that.
