Easy bread recipes that you can make at home

If you are also miss eating fancy breads just like us, let us tell you, they are extremely easy to make at home. We share with you our favourite recipes.

Eating carbohydrates in the form of breads is the way to do it. A freshly baked loaf, right out of the oven, is something that everybody loves. Applying a little bit of butter on a freshly baked focaccia or teaming a garlic bread loaf with a hot bowl of mushroom soup is the best way to unwind.

Well, this is great because we are going to share with you some of our favourite bread recipes.

Garlic Bread

This one is garlic bread that will taste just like the Dominos one that we all love so much. This loaf is quite easy to make. All you need to do is mix the yeast in warm milk and sugar and let it rest. Then make a dough using salt, all-purpose flour, oregano and garlic. After the dough is rested for two hours, knead it again and fold the bread in the shape that you want. Apply the herbed butter inside the bread and on it. Let it bake for seven minutes. The result is a yummy garlic bread that you will finish in two minutes.

Pretzels

Have them in breakfast, lunch or dinner, they always cheer you. The bread, that looks like a heart, tastes divine when paired along with the mustard sauce. To make pretzels at home, you need to mix the yeast in warm water, sugar and salt and let it rest for 10 minutes. After that, you need to add all-purpose flour, knead dough and let it rest for an hour. Finally, cut the dough in six pieces and turn them in the shape of pretzels. Put these pretzels in boiling mixture of baking soda and water and finally keep them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Focaccia Bread

Focaccia is a fancy bread loaf that you make at home and it is the most wholesome bread ever. To make focaccia at home, mix all-purpose flour with yeast, salt, sugar, yoghurt and water, and knead a dough. Leave it aside for 20 minutes, then knead again and then leave the dough aside for another 20 minutes. Keep the dough in the baking tray and keep it in the oven for 10 minutes. Take the tray out and cover the bread with all the herbs and vegetables that you want. This always turns out soft and yummy. Try it.
