For many, eggs are a breakfast staple. Here, we share with you five super simple dishes you can make with eggs and can enjoy different variety every day.
Eggs sunny side up
This is the simplest egg dish that you can make for breakfast. All you need to do is, put butter or oil in a pan and once it heats, break an egg making sure that the yolk doesn’t spill. You can either have a sunny side up egg with fresh avocado or with toasted bread slices. You can also pan fry a few bacon slices, the number of combinations is unlimited.
If you wish to make something fancy, then deviled eggs is your dish. To make it, boil a few eggs. Cut them into halves and separate the yolks in a bowl. Mash the yolks using a fork. Following this, add mayonnaise, a bit of mustard sauce and make a paste. Now, using a piping bag, decorate the paste on the egg whites and top them with peri peri mix.
One can make an omelette in many different ways. Cheese omelette, however, is our favourite. To make this, break three eggs in a bowl. Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, salt and pepper. Mix well to make the batter aerated. Heat a pan and pour the mix on it. Once the base cooks, top the omelette with any cheese of your choice. Flip the omelette and let it cook for a minute. And, it’s done!
Eggs avocado toast
To make the toast, start with mashing an avocado and spread it evenly on a bread slice. If you want, you can toast the bread and top it with butter. Now, take a boiled egg, which is not cooked all the way through. Put it on the toast and top it with salt, pepper or any seasoning of your choice.
Desi French toast
Making French toast, desi style, is super simple. Start with breaking two eggs in a bowl. Whisk them and add salt, pepper and a bit of red chilli powder. Mix all the ingredients together and put a bread slice in the mix. Once the bread soaks the mix, place it on a heated pan and cook from both sides. Wait till the toast gets crispy and enjoy.
