The making OF dairy-free coconut ice cream:

Ingredients:

Method:

In a bowl, mix coconut and almond milk together. You can take any type of plant-based milk and team it with coconut milk if you don’t have almond milk. You can even go for a extra dose of coconut milk (by adding half a cup of it) to make the taste strong.

Mix the two nicely. Following this, add sugar and salt. The salt enhances the sweetness of sugar so it is a necessary component. Mix all the four ingredients properly. Once that is done, pour the liquid in an ice cube tray and let it freeze overnight.

Now, if you want, you can take out the cubes and eat them like that. But to give it that creamy texture that will just dissolve in your mouth, put the cubes in a blender and churn for 10-15 seconds. Take the creamy ice cream out and freeze for another two hours.
