Chocolate ganache in less than a minute

The icing on the cake is the best part and making it will now be super easy. All you need to do is pour 3-4 tablespoon of fresh cream in a bowl and add a few chunks of your favourite chocolate with it. Put the bowl in a microwave for 30 seconds and mix well after taking it out. And, the ganache is ready. The same can be used to layer the cake.

Easy replacement for eggs

If you don’t wish to put eggs in your cake, then you can replace them with condensed milk. While using the condensed milk, you won’t have to use sugar as well. This way, you will not have to waste time in separating egg whites from the yolks and the batter left in the bowl for licking will also be super delish.

No more bread sticking to the base of the pan

If you bake in a tin tray, you would notice that the bread or any other baked deliciousness sticks to the base no matter how much your grease the baking try. An easy solution to avoid this is to line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Floss things up

Even if you have a perfect loaf of bread or a well-baked cake, you still have one big challenge ahead of you. It is how to cut the baked produce into equal pieces. A knife definitely doesn’t do the trick. Next time when you face the same problem, just floss things up. Take a string of an unflavoured floss and use it to cut the cake or the bread.

The mixing bowl that wobbles too much

Every time you whisk the batter, the bowl keeps running away? This not only spills the batter all over but also wastes a lot of time. An easy solution for this problem is to place a towel beneath the bowl. Take a damp towel and roll it into long tube shape, and place it around the bowl making a tight nest.
