Process to make the dairy-free ice cream

Method:

Chop the chilled bananas and add them in a food processor. Once they are nicely smushed, add almond milk. You can use coconut milk if you want. All plant-based milk work with this recipe.

Churn them together nicely. This makes the base for your ice cream. Now to this base, you can add whatever flavour you want. We added two mangoes, to make the delicious creamy mango ice cream.

We made another base and added peanut butter to it and the result was one of the best dairy-free ice creams that we have ever had.
